🏢 The Getty Center - The Most Instagram-worthy Art Museum in Los Angeles 🏢

🔖 Getty was the founder of the Getty Oil Company, and in 1957, he was called the "richest American" by Fortune magazine. He was passionate about collecting art and antiques during his lifetime, and his estate is worth over 6 billion dollars.

🔮 The Getty Center is located on a hill in West Los Angeles, offering a beautiful environment! It consists of four galleries - East, South, West, and North, as well as an observation deck overlooking LA and a central garden. If you want to explore everything thoroughly, it may take a whole day!

🖼 The Getty Center is most famous for its genuine artworks from Van Gogh and Monet, attracting many visitors around these exhibits.

🖼 The museum's architecture itself is like an exhibit on the hill, featuring a streamlined, curvy structure and white walls. Under strong sunlight, the building appears almost pure white, reminiscent of a tribute to Greek aesthetics. When looking afar, you can see the city of Los Angeles and the ocean. At sunset, the entire building turns orange.

📌 North Gallery –
Displays sculptures and decorative arts from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, as well as many glass artifacts from the 15th century.

📌 East Gallery –
Exhibits European sculptures, paintings, and Italian decorative art from 1600 to 1800, including exquisite Italian furniture, porcelain, and pottery.

📌 South Gallery –
Features French paintings and decorative art from 1600 to 1800, reproducing the refined and luxurious interior design of 18th-century France.

📌 West Gallery –
Showcases sculptures and decorative arts from the 1700s and 1800s, as well as 19th-century paintings, including genuine works from renowned Impressionist painters Van Gogh, Monet, and Manet.

📌 Central Garden –
Inspired by European classical gardens, featuring rocks, water flows, and various plants, it feels like walking through an outdoor art exhibition garden with over 300 kinds of flowers.
